Job Description

As a Site Supervisor with Hacer, you will be responsible for;

  • Effectively and efficiently completing all of the building and fit out works in accordance with the construction documentation, the construction programme and the specific requirements for quality, ensuring that the work is completed with no defects and at all times to the client’s satisfaction

  • Maintaining a high level of quality in workmanship and finishes throughout the construction of the building and fit-out

  • Ensuring a safe working environment at all time by working closing with the ESH Representative and subcontractors on site

  • Assisting the Site Manager by coordinating and supervising all of the subcontract works

Desired Skills and Experience

  • Proven experience as a Site Supervisor or relevant role in the construction industry
  • Sound knowledge of construction processes, materials and project management principles
  • Demonstrated ability to read and interpret technical drawings and blueprints
  • Excellent leadership and organisational skills with the ability to oversee and coordinate the work of subcontractors and site workers
  • Strong understanding of health and safety regulations and practices within a construction site environment
  • Effective communication skills, both verbal and written, for liaising with clients, engineers, architects, and other stakeholders
  • Aptitude in problem-solving and decision-making to resolve on-site issues efficiently
  • Proficient in using construction management software and MS Office suite
  • Relevant qualifications such as a OHS Certificate or similar certification would be advantageous
